Kálmán Pócza presented these results at the American Political Science Association (APSA) Annual Meeting in Boston, held from 3 to 6 September 2026. His 3 September paper, "Judicial Assertiveness in Europe: A Comparative Analysis," was co-authored with Pep Vallbé, Gábor Dobos and Attila Gyulai and featured in the Comparative Courts and Constitutional Design panel. The evidence came from more than 25,000 rulings by 19 European constitutional courts.
