Kálmán Pócza joined the ICON-S Annual Conference online on 29 June 2026 to present "Exploring Assertiveness: How Institutional Architecture and Political Dynamics Shape Constitutional Court Behaviour." Pep Vallbé, Gábor Dobos and Attila Gyulai co-authored the paper. University College Dublin hosted the conference in Dublin from 29 June to 1 July, where the study showed that institutional rules acquire meaning through their political context.
