Kálmán Pócza, Pep Vallbé, Attila Gyulai and Gábor Dobos presented the results in "Judicial Assertiveness in Europe: A Comparative Analysis" on 15 May 2026. Their presentation was part of the ICON-S Central and Eastern European Chapter Conference, held in Ljubljana on 14 and 15 May. The analysis traced how institutional design and political opportunity structures interact to affect the likelihood that courts will strike down legislation.
