Kálmán Pócza presented a paper at the 12th annual Comparative Agendas Project Conference. The paper entitled ‘The Hungarian Constitutional Court’s impact on various policy issues’ combined JUDICON and CAP data to reveal whether there are specific policy areas, where the constraint on the parliament by constitutional adjudication is more apparent and intensive.
